Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle. You will retain access to all features until the subscription period ends.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are generally not provided for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has started. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent you from using the service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not provided for annual subscriptions.
Refund Process
