1. General Refund Policy
At GymForce, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our subscription-based services.
Important: All refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny refunds that don't meet our policy criteria.
2. Subscription Refunds
Annual Subscriptions Only
- First 14 days: Full refund available for new subscribers
- After 14 days: No refunds available
- Important: Credits used during the refund period will not be refunded
- Processing time: 5-10 business days for refund processing
Note: Monthly subscription plans are not available. We only offer annual subscription plans.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel within the applicable refund period
- We are unable to provide the service due to technical issues
- There was a billing error on our part
- You were charged for a service you didn't authorize
- You experience significant service disruptions beyond our control
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Change of mind after the 14-day refund period
- Failure to use the service after subscription
- Downgrading to a lower plan
- Third-party charges or fees
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Credits already used during the subscription period
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log into your GymForce account
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason
- Submit your request for review

5. Refund Processing
Timeline
- Review period: 2-3 business days
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days
Refund Methods
- Credit card refunds to original payment method
- Bank transfer for ACH payments
- PayPal refunds to original PayPal account
6. Subscription Changes
Plan Changes
We offer annual subscription plans only. Plan changes and upgrades are available within the annual subscription structure.
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade to a higher plan, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. The new billing cycle continues from your original annual subscription date.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current annual billing period. No refunds are provided for the difference in plan costs.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current annual billing period, after which you'll lose access to premium features.
7. Special Circumstances
Service Interruptions
If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our technical issues, we may offer account credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
Billing Errors
If you notice an incorrect charge, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide a full refund if the error is on our part.
Duplicate Charges
If you're charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund all duplicate charges within 2 business days of notification.
8. Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
9. Refund Exceptions
We may make exceptions to our standard refund policy in these cases:
- Medical emergencies preventing service use
- Business closure or relocation
- Significant service changes that affect core functionality
- Technical issues that prevent service access for extended periods
Each case is reviewed individually, and decisions are made at our sole discretion.
