Does GymForce support biometric attendance?
Yes. GymForce integrates with ZKTeco, ESSL, Realand, and Mantra biometric devices on the Growth plan and above. Access is granted or denied in real time based on current membership status.
Can GymForce manage group classes and PT sessions?
Yes. Class scheduling with capacity limits, waitlists, member self-booking, and instructor assignment is included in Growth and above. PT sessions can be tracked as private 1:1 appointments.
Does GymForce generate GST invoices automatically?
Yes. Every payment processed through GymForce generates a GSTIN-compliant invoice automatically. Invoices are sent to members via WhatsApp and email, and are downloadable as PDF.
Can I freeze a member's membership?
Yes. Gym owners can freeze any active membership, specifying the freeze start and end date. The membership expiry is automatically extended by the freeze duration.
