Does GymForce integrate with Razorpay?
Yes. GymForce has a native, one-click Razorpay integration that supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and auto-debit mandates. Payment reconciliation happens automatically inside GymForce's billing dashboard.
How does GymForce WhatsApp integration work?
GymForce connects to the official WhatsApp Business API. Once connected, it sends automated renewal reminders, payment receipts, welcome messages, and birthday greetings. You can also run manual broadcast campaigns to your entire member list.
Can I connect GymForce to Tally?
GymForce provides a Tally-compatible data export (XML/CSV) that can be imported into Tally ERP for accounting reconciliation. A native Tally plugin is on the roadmap for 2026.
Does GymForce have an API?
Yes. GymForce's REST API is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. It supports webhooks, member data sync, payment events, and attendance records. API documentation is available in the developer portal.
Which biometric devices work with GymForForce?
GymForce supports ZKTeco, Realand, ESSL, and Mantra biometric devices out of the box. RFID and QR-code turnstiles from most major Indian suppliers also work via the hardware integration module.
