GymForce complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023). GDPR compliance for European members is partially implemented — contact the GymForce team if this is a requirement.
You own your data. When you cancel, GymForce provides a full data export (CSV) of all member records, payment history, and attendance data. Data is retained on GymForce servers for 90 days post-cancellation, then permanently deleted.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
GymForce is priced per gym location with a member capacity limit per plan. If you exceed your plan's member limit, GymForce will notify you and suggest an upgrade. There is no per-member charge within plan limits.
No setup fees on any standard plan. GymForce's optional paid onboarding service (data migration + guided setup call) is available for ₹4,999 one-time for gyms with complex data migration needs.
GymForce subscriptions can be paid via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or corporate NEFT/RTGS for annual plans. All payments go through Razorpay's secure payment gateway.
At the end of your 14-day trial, you can continue by choosing a plan and entering payment details. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused (not deleted) for 30 days. All data is preserved.
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% across all plans — equivalent to 2.4 months free. The discount is applied automatically when you select annual billing at checkout.
Yes. 18% GST is applied to all GymForce subscription fees. A GST-compliant invoice is issued every month to your registered business email and GSTIN.
GymForce offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current billing period but can be cancelled any time to prevent future charges.

Attendance features →Yes. Any active membership can be frozen with a specified start and end date. The membership expiry date is automatically extended by the freeze duration. The member loses gym access during the freeze period.
Yes. GymForce sends automated renewal reminders via WhatsApp (and SMS as fallback) at 7 days, 3 days, 1 day before expiry, and on the expiry date. Reminder timing is fully configurable.
Yes. All WhatsApp message templates are customisable within GymForce's message editor. Templates must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and are pre-approved during setup.
Yes. Every payment processed through GymForce generates a GSTIN-compliant invoice automatically with your gym's GSTIN, member's details, HSN code, and correct GST breakup (CGST + SGST). Invoices are sent via WhatsApp and email.
Yes. GymForce supports unlimited membership plan types simultaneously — monthly, quarterly, annual, batch-based, day passes, and custom durations. Members can be on different plans concurrently.
Basic workout logging is available in the member app. Advanced diet and workout planning is not a core feature — GymForce focuses on gym operations, not personal training software. Trainerize or Virtuagym are better fits for deep coaching features.
Yes. Members can browse the class schedule, book available slots, join waitlists for full classes, and cancel bookings — all from the GymForce member app. Booking confirmations go via WhatsApp.
Yes. GymForce has a dedicated day-pass membership type. Walk-ins can be checked in manually or via a QR code printed at your front desk. Their payment and attendance are logged separately from regular members.
GymForce natively integrates with Razorpay (recommended), Stripe, PayU, and Cashfree. Razorpay is the default for Indian gyms due to its comprehensive UPI, auto-debit, and GST support.
All integrations →You connect your existing Razorpay account to GymForce using an API Key ID and Secret Key from your Razorpay dashboard. Once connected, all member payments go through Razorpay and settle to your bank account. Reconciliation is automatic inside GymForce.
GymForce provides a Tally-compatible data export (XML/CSV) for accounting reconciliation. Zoho Books can be connected via the REST API or Zapier. A native Tally plugin is in development for Q3 2026.
